Heerenveen Defender Kenneth Otigba Remains Committed To Nigeria Ahead Of Hungary

Heerenveen central defender Kenneth Otigba remains committed to the Super Eagles though he has not been handed a call up to the national team since he pledged his international future to Nigeria ahead of Hungary.<br /><br />The former Hungary U17 skipper was set to earn his first competitive cap for the European nation last year, with ex-manager P&aacute;l D&aacute;rdai inviting him for a European Championship qualifier against Greece, but he turned down the opportunity, preferring to wait for a chance to play for Nigeria. <br /><br />&ldquo;If I get invited to the Super Eagles I will do my best to help the team. I am strong,fast and a good marker.
