Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst had positive news on the availability of Joe Aribo during his pre-match press conference before the trip to Ross County.
The versatile midfielder escaped international duty with the Super Eagles unscathed and returned to Glasgow earlier this week following the elimination of the national team from the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
Van Bronckhorst thought it wise to omit Aribo from the matchday squad against Livingston as he was fatigued following the long trip from Africa.
The Super Eagles number 10 would have certainly missed the game against Ross County had Augustine Eguavoen's team qualified for the quarterfinals of the Africa Cup of Nations.
Providing a squad update, Van Bronckhorst told reporters : "Injury wise we can only welcome back Ryan Kent from suspension.
"Of course Joe Aribo is back in the squad because he had a good rest this week, he's ready for tomorrow and of course Amad will be in the squad as well. "
Aribo has played nine matches with Van Bronckhorst in the dugout, scoring three goals and setting up two others.
