Ikechukwu Uche has expressed his happiness at making his debut for Malaga in their 1-0 loss to Villarreal on Saturday in La Liga.<br /><br />The Super Eagles star played his first game in a Malaga shirt when he stepped out onto the Camp El Madrigal pitch in the 84th minute and was disappointed that his club failed to pick up a share of the spoils at the end of the match.<br /><br /><span class="name">&ldquo;I&rsquo;m happy with my debut and returning to what was my home for three years.&nbsp; Now we&rsquo;re heading back to M&aacute;laga to continue working, in order to achieve the results that we want,&rdquo; </span>Uche was quoted as saying by Malaga<span class="name">&rsquo;</span> official website.<br /><br />&ldquo;We couldn&rsquo;t achieve what we wanted but we were up against a big team who are where they are for a reason.&nbsp; <br /><br />&ldquo;Our team worked well and tried hard but it wasn&rsquo;t to be.&nbsp; We need to try and improve our positive aspects before the next match.&rdquo;<br /><br /><span class="name"></span>Ikechukwu Uche and his teammates will return to action on Sunday, February 21 when they tackle Real Madrid at Estadio La Rosaleda.<br /><br />Photo Credit : malagacf.com<br />
