Indian Super League club Chennaiyin FC are on the brink of announcing a deal for East Bengal striker Ranti Martins.<br /><br /><i>Thehardtackle.com </i>is reporting that the Abhishek Bachchan co- owned side are in the market for a top marksman before the close of the transfer market, and have beamed their searchlight on the prolific Ranti Martins. <br /><br />28 - year - old Ranti Martins made his name at Dempo, for whom he scored 172 goals in 161 appearances.<br /><br />The former IK Start trialist was later snapped up by United Sports Club before signing for East Bengal after a loan spell with Rangdejid United.<br /><br />If the move materializes, Martins will play alongside ex Italy international Marco Materazzi at Chennaiyin FC.<br />&nbsp;<br />
