Portuguese news outlet, Ojogo has revealed that the Red Devils will attempt to test the resolve of Holland Eredivisie club, PSV Eindovhen with an initial offer of €40 million after the Mexican starred for his country in the international football fiesta in Russia.
The Old Trafford outfit will, however face competition from a host of other suitors, including La Liga side, Barcelona for the signature of the Mexican.
The 22-year old who hit 19 goals in 34 competitive games for his club last season scored the only goal in a 1-0 win over Germany in one of the group stage games of the World Cup.
The Mexico City-born winger started his career with hometown club, Pachuca before joining the Red and Whites on a six-year contract in 2017.
