Manchester United continued their pre-season preparations with a 2-2 draw against Premier League new boys Brentford at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.
Super Eagles star Frank Onyeka, a recent summer signing from Danish outfit FC Midtjylland, made his eagerly anticipated debut for the Bees after entering the fray in the 62nd minute.
The central midfielder missed Brentford's friendly against Watford on July 24 because he had to quarantine upon his arrival in the United Kingdom.
The first half ended with both teams level at 1-1 as Shandon Baptiste with a superb volley cancelled out Anthony Elanga's brilliant opener.
Andreas Pereira volleyed home to restore United's lead four minutes into the second half but the visitors equalised again as Mbeumo swept the ball past goalkeeper Heaton in the 78th minute.
Two minutes before the fourth and final goal of the game, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær brought on Anglo-Nigerian striker Shola Shoretire for Mason Greenwood.
Brentford have lined up further friendlies against West Ham United and Valencia before their opening game of the new season against Arsenal on August 13, while Manchester United tackle Preston North End and Everton in their final two pre-season games.
