28 - year - old midfielder Martins Ekwueme on Thursday morning started training with Polish second - tier side GKS Tychy, writes <i>fakt.pl</i>.<br /><br />Ekwueme impressed the technical bench of Orduspor this summer and was set to be offered a contract only for the Turkish club to discover that he is not a forward.<br /><br />He has spent the last ten years in Poland, representing Polonia Warsaw, Wisła Krak&oacute;w, Legia Warsaw, Zagłębie Lubin and Zawisza Bydgoszcz.<br /><br />If Martins Ekwueme proves his fitness to manager <span style="" class="notranslate">Tomasz Fornalik, he would be offered a contract.<br /><br /></span>GKS Tychy defeated Bogdanka Łęczna 2 - 0 in their opening match of the 2013 - 2014 season.<br /><br />Photo Credit : legionisci.com <br />
