Nemanja Matic has admitted that Paul Pogba is the funniest player in the Manchester United dressing room.
Academy product Pogba returned for a second spell at
United in the summer of 2016, becoming the world's expensive player
when he moved from Juventus in exchange for 105 million euros before the
record was broken by Neymar.
The former Serbia international is the latest player to take part in a question and answer session which was published by the official website of the Red Devils on Friday, giving responses to questions posed by Manchester United fans.
Responding to a question sent in by Rome O from Nigeria on the funniest character in the dressing room, Matic said : "Rome, the funniest character in the dressing room is Paul. Paul always gets angry and it is funny to watch him. Erm, someone else… no, I will say Paul".
Another Nigerian fan, Apeh K asked the Serbian the special nickname his teammates called him.
Matic answered : "Well, Apeh my nickname is The Wolf. They call me The Wolf but I don’t know why. You have to ask to them.
"They call me The Wolf, I don’t know, they said I always find a way to win in the training sessions. They say, basically, that I am cheating. I don’t know. Wolves never cheat!"
Matic was teammates with Victor Moses and Obi Mikel at Chelsea prior to his move to Manchester United in July 2017.
