According to data sourced from Transfermarkt, allnigeriasoccer.com can report that no Nigerian player aged 23 or younger has played more minutes than versatile Glasgow Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo in the European Leagues (all levels) so far in the 2019-2020 season.
The former Charlton Athletic man has been involved in 51 matches for club and country, logging 3,676 minutes in total.
Aribo has suited up 47 times for Rangers in all competitions and has a further four appearances for the Super Eagles.
In second place is former Arsenal youth-teamer Eberechi Eze with 3,464 minutes under his belt, including 37 appearances in the Championship for Queens Park Rangers.
Lille's Victor Osimhen cracks the list at number three, playing 3,396 minutes out of a possible 4,050 for club and country.
The 21-year-old has missed just two matches this season - against PSG through suspension and Chelsea in the Champions League when he was rested.
Former Manchester United defender Matthew Olosunde has been in action for 3,014 minutes for Rotherham United in all competitions and comes fourth on the list followed by Liverpool loanee Ovie Ejaria who has logged 2,999 minutes in 35 games since returning to Reading for a second spell in August 2019.
