Moses Simon Fires Second-Half Hat-Trick Against Chinese Club, Kalu & Madu On Song Too
Ahead of the resumption of the Belgian First Division A, Gent hammered Chinese club Yanbian Funde F.C 11-0 in an exhibition match on Tuesday, with two Nigerian youngsters finding the net. <br /><br />New signing from AS Trencin Samuel Kalu sent Gent in front on nine minutes, before setting up Schoofs for the fourth goal scored by the 2015 champions. <br /><br />Moses Simon and Rabiu Ibrahim were brought on at the start of the second half, and by the 47th minute Gent were 5-0 up thanks to the Super Eagles winger. <br /><br />Simon netted his second of the game in the 63rd minute before grabbing his hat-trick with 20 minutes left on the clock. <br /><br />William Troost-Ekong and Anderson Esiti were both named in the starting eleven alongside Samuel Kalu. <br /><br />In another exhibition match, Kingsley Madu was on target for <span class="body1">Zulte Waregem in their 2-1 loss to Borussia Mönchengladbach.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley </span><span class="body1"></span><br /><br />Photo Credit : kaagent.be<br />
