<font size="3">English Premier League champions Chelsea have announced that they have agreed a new deal with Victor Moses.<br /><br />The Nigeria international has put pen to a new deal that ties him to the Stamford Bridge outfit until June 30, 2019.<br /><br />For the remainder of this season, Victor Moses has been farmed out on loan to fellow Londoners West Ham.<br /><br />Since joining Chelsea from Wigan Athletic in 2012, Moses has made 44 appearances for The Blues, scoring 10 times and helped the team win the Europa League back in 2013.<br /><br />The winger previously spent time on loan at Liverpool and Stoke City.</font><br />
