Odd Grenland have joined Rosenborg in the race for the signature of Manchester City midfielder Chidiebere Nwakali.<br /><br />Norwegian newspaper <i>F&aelig;drelandsvennen</i> has reported that Odd and Tippeligaen champs Rosenborg have made contact with the entourage of the Nigeria youth international regarding a loan deal when the transfer window reopens. <br /><br />IK Start are also interested in extending his stay in <span>Kristiansand, but face competition from their illustrious rivals in Norway and teams based in Netherlands and France, according to Allwell Nwakali. <br /><br />Nwakali, 19, is tied to Manchester City until the summer of 2018, and was farmed out on loan to IK Start after failing to obtain a work permit in England. <br /><br />The former Golden Eaglets star has blossomed into one of the finest midfielders in Norway this season. <br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br />Photo Credit : ikstart.no </span><br /><br />&nbsp;<br />
