<font size="3">Former Nigeria Under 20 international Semi Ajayi will not be offered a new deal by Arsenal, the FA Cup winners have announced through official sources. <br /><br />The 21 - year&nbsp; - old joined the Gunners on a two - year deal in the autumn of 2013 after impressing the coaches during trials.<br /><br />Since then, the central defender found it difficult to break into the first team and managed to make the 18 - man squad for Premiership games on three occasions. <br /><br />Semi Ajayi was loaned out to Cardiff City late March but it is unclear at this point if he would be offered a new deal by the Welsh club especially as he failed to make his debut during his spell on loan.<br /><br />Arsenal&rsquo;s other Anglo - Nigerian players - Chuba Akpom, Alex Iwobi and Aaron Eyoma were all retained.</font><br />
