Ryman League Premier Division side Merstham have bolstered their ranks with the signing of Michael Onovwigun.<br /><br />The Moatsiders are battling to beat the drop and the English-born midfielder is one of the two players signed to beef up the squad. <br /><br />Aged 20, Onovwigun joins Merstham from Vanarama National League side Southport.<br /><br />He started off his career with the youth team of Brentford, before spells at Chesterfield, Sheffield FC, Stalybridge Celtic and Gateshead.<br /><br />The midfielder has also represented Evo-Stik League Southern Division One Central outfit Farnborough.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br />Photo Credit : thenonleaguefootballpaper.com<br />
