FC Barcelona Women and Dalian Quanjian FC of China have reached an agreement for the temporary transfer of Nigerian striker, Asisat Oshoala for the remainder of the 2018/19 season.
The 24-year-old has inked a five-month contract with the Catalan club which is expected to run until at least June 30.
The striker reportedly arrived in Barcelona this morning for routine medical checks and then signed the deal in the presence of the one of the club directors, Maria Teixidor, and sports manager, Markel Zubizarreta.
Asisat represented Nigeria at last year's AWCON tournament in Ghana, helping them to win the crown.
"My goal is to strengthen the team and help them to win and make history. This is a fantastic opportunity because I'm sure something big will happen here".
