Official: German Goalkeeper Completes Transfer To Liverpool
Through a statement on their official website, Liverpool Ladies have announced that they have completed the signing of German goalkeeper Anke Preuss from Sunderland Ladies.
The 25-year-old had spent the whole of her career in Germany prior to her switch to Verona Calcio in Italy in 2016.
A former Germany U20 international, Preuss lists Lohausener SV, FCR 2001 Duisburg, TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and FFC Frankfurt among her former clubs.
In her first words as a Liverpool player, Preuss said : ''I am thrilled to be joining Liverpool Ladies and I’m really looking forward to meeting my new teammates.
