PSV Eindhoven have unveiled their new Nigerian left-footed midfielder Noni Madueke who has joined the Dutch Eredivisie club from English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.
The 16-year-old had been linked with possible moves to Chelsea and Manchester United before his trip to the Netherlands to formalize his transfer to his new employer.
Madueke has penned a three-year deal that will keep him at PSV until the end of the 2020-2021 season.
''I think PSV are a massive club with a great history. I feel it’s club where I can best develop myself as a young player.
''I just can’t wait to grow step by step and become a first-team player.''
Madueke will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of Funso Ojo and Rabiu Ibrahim who both made appearances for PSV's first team before they moved on to pastures new.
