Official : Uche Nwofor Agrees Three - Year Deal With Boavista
Through official channels, Portuguese Primeira Liga outfit Boavista has announced it has struck a deal to sign Uche Nwofor from Lierse. <br /><br />The Nigeria international will be arriving the Estádio do Bessa at zero - cost as his deal with the Belgian Pro League side was due to run out on June 30, 2015.<br /><br />Uche Nwofor has penned a three - year deal that will keep him in Portugal until the end of the 2017 - 2018 season if the two parties agree to keep to the terms of the agreement.<br /><br />In 2011, the 23 - year - old began his career in Europe with VVV Venlo after rejecting the overtures of Benfica.<br /><br />The former Enugu Rangers and Anambra Pillars forward spent time on loan at SC Heerenveen during the 2013 - 2014 season before joining Lierse in September of last year as a free agent.<br /><br />Nwofor joins fellow Nigeria national - teamers Reuben Gabriel and Michael Uchebo at Boavista.
