John Ogu Resumes Training With Academica
Published: July 18, 2013Nigeria international John Ogu has returned to Portugal and was involved in Académica de Coimbra's training session on Thursday.
The Primeira Liga outfit started preparations for the new season on July 8 without the 25 - year - old midfielder, whose holiday was extended after he represented the national team at the Fifa Confederations Cup.
Today, Académica's training was held behind closed doors, with the players working out at the gym.
John Ogu's contract with Académica runs out in the summer of 2015.
Last season, he made 20 appearances (11 starts) in the Portuguese championship.
