Nigeria Thrash Burkina Faso 4 - 1
Nigeria gave Burkina Faso a footballing lesson on Tuesday as the Super Eagles defeated the Stallions of Burkina Faso 4 - 1 in an exhibition match played at Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna.

Dynamo Kiev attacker Brown Ideye, who missed the 2 - 0 victory over Malawi last weekend, was restored to the starting lineup and he did not disappoint manager Stephen Keshi as he netted a brace in the 13th and 43rd minute.

The second half was dominated by the Super Eagles just as they did in the first half.

Shola Ameobi, making his fourth international appearance, scored in the 53rd minute to give Nigeria a three - goal advantage.

Substitute attacker Emmanuel Emenike got his name on the score-sheet after 63 minutes.

Saidou Simpore scored Burkina Faso's consolatory goal in the 78th minute.
