Manager Eli Cohen To Keep Faith With Osa Guobadia
Published: September 27, 2013
Though Osa Ice-cream Guobadia failed to live up to expectations in Beitar Jerusalem’s 1- 0 loss to Hapoel Haifa last weekend, there are strong suggestions that the midfielder will remain in the starting eleven in the showdown with Hapoel Raanana on Sunday.
Based on the last training session of Beitar, manager Eli Cohen will hopefully keep faith with the 26 - year - old Nigerian.
“You would think Ice Cream is the problem of Beitar. Betar did not lose to Hapoel Haifa because of Ice Cream.
“He should play on Sunday,” a Beitar official was quoted as saying by one.co.il.
Osa Guobadia, who penned a one - year contract with the Lions in the first week of August, has suited up three times in the Israeli topflight.
In the past, he has represented teams in Austria (SV Pasching, FC Wels, SC Schwanenstadt and ASV St. Marienkirchen) , Macedonia (Makedonija G.P.and FK Vardar).
