Shola Shodiya was delighted with his second half strike as Birkirkara defeated Balzan 3 - 1 on Sunday in the Maltese championship.
With his 50th minute strike at the Ta Qali National Stadium, the 22 - year - old has taken his goal tally this season to 11 in 21 matches.
“I am very happy to continue my good run in the Premier League. I am also honored to be chosen as the Man of the Match.
“Our target remains to win the league and play in the Champions League next season.
