Olawale Isiaka Eyes Taraba United Scalp
Published: June 04, 2014
Dolphins midfielder Olawale Isiaka has warned Glo Premier League newcomers Taraba United that they are targeting three points when both teams clash on Wednesday afternoon in Port Harcourt.
Going into the fixture at the Liberation Stadium, Dolphins have one point less than the Jalingo based side, who have 25 points in the kitty after 17 rounds.
“We are looking at getting maximum three points. I think some former players of Dolphins are in Taraba United’s squad like Obinna Nwokolo, Adaji Oseni and Osita Echendu but we won’t take them as friends during the game.
“We are only going to respect them as opponents because we can’t underrate them too. Our job is to take the fight to them and get the maximum three points, ” says Olawale Isiaka to allnigeriasoccer.com.
The League Management Committee has appointed Barnabas Shamang from Kaduna State is the center referee while Abdulmumini A and Donatus Nkung will be his assistants.
