John Ogu Impresses On Hapoel Beer Sheva Debut

John Ogu impressed the coaching staff of Hapoel Beer Sheva on his debut against Maccabi Petah Tikva on Tuesday night.
But the Israeli vice - champions, who are in the market for a defensive reinforcement, are yet to make a decision on whether or not to offer him a contract.
And as a result, the Nigeria international will continue testing with Hapoel Beer Sheva until the next few days.
The former Academica and União de Leiria man had to be substituted in the second half after picking up a slight muscle complaint.
If all goes well, the 26 - year - old free agent, who was linked with unnamed Turkish clubs this summer, is likely to be offered a one - year contract.
