Emmanuel Emenike Returns To Starting Lineup
Stephen Keshi has reacted to the loss against Congo by altering his starting lineup for the crucial African Cup of Nations qualifier against South Africa this evening.

Nnamdi Oduamadi, Uche Nwofor and Ramon Azeez were all relegated to the bench for today’s clash in Cape Town, with the trio replaced by Emmanuel Emenike,  Gbolahan Salami and Nosa Igiebor.

The ex New Nigeria Bank libero has kept faith with stand in skipper Austin Ejide, who conceded three goals against Congo last weekend.

Also retaining their places in the squad are Godfrey Oboabona, Kenneth Omeruo, Efe Ambrose and Elderson Echiejile.

Nosa Igiebor, Mikel obi and Eddy Onazi have all been handed a starting berth in midfield, while Emmanuel Emenike, Ahmed Musa and Gbolahan Salami are the chosen forwards.

Confirmed Starting Eleven
Ejide; Ambrose, Oboabona, Omeruo, Echiejile; Mikel, Onazi, Igiebor; Salami, Emenike and Musa
