Harmony Ikande To Face The Music For Arriving Training Late
Published: December 01, 2014
Former Nigeria Under 20 international Harmony Ikande may be disciplined internally by his Israeli club Hapoel Tel Aviv after resuming practice late on Monday.
Following the 3 - 1 loss to Maccabi Haifa in the last round, all the players turned up for training this morning except for Ikande, who arrived late, then, claimed he was injured and needed a rest.
But his action infuriated the coach and there is a strong possibility that the midfielder will face the music in the coming days.
“I do not understand what Asi Domb wants from me, it seems like after every loss he takes out his frustration on me. I am tired,” Harmony Ikande was quoted as saying by one.co.il.
Harmony Ikande had been suffering from a groin problem before the Reds faced off with Maccabi Haifa on Sunday.
The 24 - year - old has featured 10 times (1 goal) in the Premier League this term.
