Stefano Okaka Left Out Of Squad To Face Brescia
Published: December 04, 2014Italy international Stefano Okaka has been left out of the Sampdoria squad that will face Brescia in the fourth round of the Coppa Italia on Thursday evening.
Manager Sinisa Mihajlovic recently released the list of nominated players for the game at Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris (Genova)
, and he has decided to rest the Italian - Nigerian forward.
Instead, Bergessio, Djordjevic, Eder, Fedato, Gabbiadini, Samson and Wszolek will compete for the available striking slots.
Stefano Okaka did play in the third round defeat of Como in August, starting and completing the game held in Genoa.
He has suited up 13 times in the Serie A this season, netting two goals.
