Nigeria And United States In Group Of Death

African champions Nigeria have been pitted in the Group of Death, and Fifa even acknowledged that on their official website.
The Falcons will start their World Cup campaign on June 8 against European powerhouse Sweden before intriguing clashes with Australia and the United States in that order.
The Ivory Coast will play in Group B along with Germany, Norway and Thailand while the remaining African representative Cameroon have been drawn in Group C of the tournament.
Nigeria Women’s National Team last qualified for the knock out rounds in 1999.
