Ujuko Ugo has impressed for the youth team of Israeli Premier League table toppers Ironi Kiryat Shmona, and he is set to be promoted to the main team in January.
Sports Walla says the coach Bachar Barak wants to strengthen his squad in the winter transfer market, but due to the shortage of funds in their transfer kitty, he has decided to promote the promising Nigerian starlet to the first team.
Ujuko Ugo has netted 8 goals in 12 games for the Under 19 squad so far this season, with all the goals coming in his last seven matches in the Youth League.
The highly rated teenager, who is tied to Ironi Kiryat Shmona for five more seasons, netted a hat - trick against Maccabi Tel Aviv Under 19s two weeks ago.
