Ahmed Musa Reveals Reasons For Visiting Mecca

Nigeria international Ahmed Musa has confirmed, himself, that he made a pilgrimage to Mecca last December.
An indigene of Edo State , the CSKA Moscow forward has highlighted that he had to thank the Supreme Being following Nigeria’s victory at the penultimate African Cup of Nations.
“ I long ago decided to do it . Hajj for me, a Muslim - a great honor,”Ahmed Musa told Russian sports daily sport - express.ru
“When we got to the African Cup of Nations, realized that here it is the right moment. And if I will still do so in the near future - is unknown.
The CSKA Moscow number 18 goes on : “The main period for the pilgrimage - the post, but then the opportunity to visit Mecca for me was not expected. Therefore gone now. This is called Hajj Umrah, small pilgrimage.
“I think I am born again. Especially if you come to Mecca, you are forgiven all sins.”
This past year, Ahmed Musa struck four times for the soon - to - be - deposed African champions, including two at the World Cup in a group game against eventual finalist Argentina.
