FC Midtjylland Sweating On Fitness Of Igboun And Hassan
Published: February 10, 2015FC Midtjylland are sweating on the fitness of Sylvester Igboun and Rilwan Hassan ahead of the showdown with OB Odense in the Danish Superliga, according to manager Glen Riddersholm.
Thus, both Nigerian offensive players could miss the clash at the MCH Arena 13 days from now if they fail to return to full fitness.
“The only concern I have is on the wings,” said coach Glen Riddersholm to Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet.
“Rilwan Hassan had to face the final battle. And Sylvester Igboun has a backlog because he came a little later from his holiday.”
This season, Igboun and Hassan have chalked up 25 appearances between them, scoring 9 goals in total.
FC Midtjylland occupy the first position on the table with 40 points from 17 matches.
