England Under 17s skipper Reece Oxford has backed Chelsea striker Ike Ugbo to deliver the goods when the young Three Lions tackle their Spanish counterparts on Tuesday. <br /><br />It is not only pride that is at stake as the winner of the contest in two days time will be one of Europe&rsquo;s representatives at the Fifa Under 17 World Cup in Chile.<br /><br />&ldquo;Stephy and Ike are both top strikers and have goals in them,&rdquo; the West Ham defender told TheFA.com.<br /><br />&ldquo;They might think they are having a bit of a drought right now, but I&rsquo;ve played against them both for West Ham and I know they can finish.<br /><br />&nbsp;I believe that if they can just get that first one, then they will kick on and get a few.
