Ugo Ukah Delighted To See SerbianTeammate Stanisa Mandic Score In World Cup Final Against Brazil
Published: June 21, 2015Nigeria international Ugo Ukah was delighted that Staniša MandiÄ�, his teammate at Serbian club Ä�ukariÄ�ki, scored in the final of the Fifa Under 20 World Cup against Brazil.
Serbia were crowned champions of the Fifa Under 20 World Cup for the first time in their history after shocking the South Americans 2 - 1 in the final played at North Harbour Stadium, Auckland on Saturday.
“I’m delighted to see these young future stars raise and achieve such a big success. It is a very important window for them and has been well used.
“I’m very happy for my ex-team mate Stanisa Mandic that managed to score in the final game.”
Staniša MandiÄ� was involved in every single game contested by Serbia during the World Cup, scoring two goals.
