Arsenal loanee Chuba Akpom was amongst the goals as England Under 21s came from behind to beat Switzerland 3 - 1 in a European Championship qualifier at Amex Stadium, Brighton on Monday night.

As for team news, Dominic Iorfa (Wolverhampton Wanderers) and Dominic Solanke (Vitesse) were named in the starting line - up for the Young Lions, while FC Basel center - half Manuel Akanji started for the Swiss.

With England losing 1 - 0 after conceding in the first half, Akpom was introduced in the 58th minute to partner Solanke upfront.

On 83 minutes, Ward-Prowse drew England level before goals from Watmore (85 min) and Akpom (90 min) completed the scoring.

Chelsea defender Ola Aina watched proceedings from the bench for the entire contest while Switzerland number four Akanji played the full game.
