Kanu Nwankwo has commended the Super Eagles and the coaching staff after the national team qualified for the next round of the 2018 Fifa World Cup qualifiers, beating Swaziland 2 - 0 in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.

Moses Simon broke the deadlock in the 51st minute before Celtic defender Efe Ambrose made sure the win was in the bag with a poacher’s goal three minutes from time.

“Congratulations Oliseh and your coaching crew. Congrats boys, we are happy with you all. Keep it up and keep winning that’s what we want, ” said Kanu Nwankwo via Twitter.

Ex - Arsenal and Ajax Amsterdam star Kanu starred for the Super Eagles at three World Cups before hanging up his boots.
