Wolves Talent Dominic Iorfa Wants To Continue Improving
Published: November 21, 2015Dominic Iorfa has admitted that he is still learning the trade at Championship club Wolverhampton Wanderers despite establishing himself in the squad and the England youth teams over the past one year.
The Nigeria target made his debut for Wolves in their 2 - 1 loss to AFC Bournemouth last December and has racked up 33 starts in the league since that game at the Molineux Stadium.
“A lot has gone on over the last year, but I played less than 40 games for Wolves,” Iorfa told wolves.co.uk.
“Touch wood nothing bad happens but from here you can still drop down – I haven’t achieved anything yet. I think until you have played maybe 300 games you can’t even think about getting comfortable.
“The fans have been great to me so far and I just try and focus on the positives. I enjoy playing football and focus on the games and training and doing well, and anything else I don’t really pay much attention to.
“I am still learning, 100 per cent I am still learning, and still feel I have much more to come.”
Iorfa was handed starts in England U21s European Championship qualifying fixtures against Bosnia and Switzerland.
