Rep Reveals Kelechi Iheanacho Has Not Been Offered A Fresh Five-Year Deal By Man City
Published: February 11, 2016Kelechi Iheanacho’s bonafide representative has reached to reports in the local media which claimed that the Nigeria international has been offered a fresh five-year deal by Manchester City.
It was also revealed by the newspaper that the Taye Academy graduate earns £20,000 per week at the Citizens but this has been dismissed as well.
“No, Kelechi has not been offered a new contract and that is not his weekly wage, all what was written by the media platform is a lie, ” Iheanacho’s unnamed rep told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Kelechi Iheanacho penned a new two-year deal with First Eleven Management after the 2015 Fifa U20 World Cup but reports later surfaced that he also signed an agency deal with Stellar Group in October.
As part of the agreement signed last summer, the teenager handed over his image rights to Galeano’s First Eleven Management .
