Emenike Pays Tribute To Ex-Super Eagles Coach Oliseh
West Ham striker Emmanuel Emenike has paid tribute to Sunday Oliseh in the wake of his resignation as Super Eagles head coach on Friday morning.

The Fenerbahce loanee quit the Super Eagles in acrimonious circumstances last October after reports surfaced in the local media that he won’t be handed a call-up for the World Cup qualifiers with Swaziland following his dry spell in front of goal.

“Coach you have done well and tried your best, wish you good luck anytime any day God bless,” Emenike wrote on Twitter.

Emenike’s finest moment in a Super Eagles jersey was winning the top scorer award at the African Nations Cup in 2013.

The 28-year-old tallied 9 goals for the national team in 37 matches.
