Spurs Winger Oduwa, Liverpool Striker Awoniyi Headline List Of Players Named To Nigeria U23s Roster

Nigeria U23s coach Samson Siasia has announced a 20-player squad list for the upcoming Suwon Invitational Tournament in South Korea.
The roster features 12 players who ply their trades in the domestic championship, including Ubong Ekpai who is famous for scoring the winner against Brazil in March, and 8 foreign-based professionals.
Belgian-based striker Saviour Godwin will have an opportunity to impress Siasia ahead of the 2016 Olympic Games having made the squad list.
Tottenham Hotspur winger Nathan Oduwa and Liverpool striker Taiwo Awoniyi have been named to the squad as well as skipper Azubuike Okechukwu, who plays for Yeni Malatyaspor in Turkey.
The other foreign-based pros that made the roster are Stanley Amuzie, Usman Mohammed, Sodiq Popoola and Saturday Erimuya.
The delegation to South Korea will depart Nigeria on Monday, May 30th aboard an Ethiopian Airline flight.
