Wolverhampton Wanderers Hoping To Tie Up Nigeria GK Ikeme To New Deal
Wolverhampton Wanderers are keen to offer a new contract to Super Eagles goalkeeper Carl Ikeme.

Ikeme is among the three senior players in the first team that comes off contract on June 30,2017, and the Molineux Stadium outfit want to continue their association with him beyond the end of next season.

Speaking to the official website of Wolves, manager Kenny Jackett said : “Now we are all back there will be discussions. Jez (Moxey) will be speaking to all three players.

“They are players we are keen to keep and those three are very established at the club. They all have futures at the club, definitely.”

Ikeme, 30, has spent the whole of his professional career at Wolves, progressing through the ranks before he was handed his first team debut in August 2005.

He has played on loan at Accrington Stanley,Stockport County,Charlton Athletic,Sheffield United,Queens Park Rangers, Leicester City, Middlesbrough and Doncaster Rovers .
