Portuguese newspaper Ojogo is reporting that scouts representing Manchester United, Arsenal, Barcelona and Bayern Munich were at the Estádio Municipal de Braga to run the rule over the top stars in both teams.
In addition, representatives of AC Milan, Sevilla, Atlético Madrid and Bayer Leverkusen attended the game.
Simon, 21, was one of the best players on the pitch against Sporting Braga before he was replaced in the 40th minute after picking up an injury.
