Leicester City Star Musa Puts Injury Fears To Bed Ahead Of Battle Of Uyo
Published: November 01, 2016If there were doubts surrounding the fitness of Leicester City striker Ahmed Musa for the upcoming meeting with Algeria in eleven days time, they were extinguished on Tuesday.
The Foxes number seven has traveled with the first team squad for their Champions League game with FC Copenhagen on Wednesday.
Musa suffered what appears to be knock leading up to his strike versus Tottenham Hostpur in the Premier League last weekend, but that injury is not as bad as television images suggested.
The 24-year-old will make his 29th appearance in a European competition if he is handed game time against the Danish champions at Parken, Copenhagen.
The Premier League champs will qualify for the last sixteen for the first time in their history if the beat FCK.
