Super Eagles Stars Set For Another War With NFF, Book On Hold Flight Tickets
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that the Nigeria Football Federation have not yet sent a flight ticket to Chippa United netminder Daniel Akpeyi, a week before the national team face off against Algeria in a World Cup qualifier in Uyo.

The shot-stopper has been handed a late call-up to join the Super Eagles squad following the withdrawal of Wolves ace Carl Ikeme as a result of a hip complaint, but has not been sent an airline ticket as at Friday, November 4.

It has come to light that the cash-strapped Nigerian Federation earlier made On-Hold reservations for the invited foreign-based professionals, meaning the tickets sent to the players will be cancelled if they are not paid for.

The latest is that a couple of the invited players have sworn not to travel to Nigeria for the World Cup qualifier if the Nigeria Federation don’t pay for these tickets as they are not sure they will be reimbursed.
