Nigerian Talent Linked With Move To Famous Dutch Club Ajax
An unnamed Nigerian teenager is being linked with a transfer to Eredivisie powerhouse Ajax Amsterdam ahead of the start of the January transfer window.

ESPN reported earlier this month that promising Mexican attacking midfielder Diego Said Sanchez Palma will be unveiled by Ajax along with players from Portugal, Brazil, Nigeria, Japan and Australia.

It is envisaged that the mysterious Nigerian will first play for the U19s squad of the capital outfit if he is offered a contract.

From 1993- 1996, retired Nigeria international Nwankwo Kanu represented Ajax, with whom he won the Champions League 21 years ago.

Other Nigerian players who have represented the famous Dutch club include Finidi George, Sunday Oliseh, Tijani Babangida, Pius Ikedia and Ogbonna Kanu.
