Arsenal, Washington Spirit Identify With Nigeria Team After AWCON Win

Arsenal Ladies and Washington Spirit have sent messages of congratulations to the Super Falcons after winning the 2016 African Women Cup of Nations.
The two foreign clubs were interested in the competition staged in Cameroon as two of their players Asisat Oshoala and Francisca Ordega represent the female national team.
Arsenal Ladies tweeted : “ð��� Congratulations to @AsisatOshoala and Nigeria, winning the Africa Women’s Cup of Nations... again! #AWCON2016”
Washington Spirit commented : “Congrats @OrdegaF & @NGSuper_Falcons / @thenff! African Champions! ð��³ð��¬ð���ð���”.
Oshoala was the top scorer at the AWCON after finishing with six goals, while Ordega was on song in the 6-0 rout of Mali two weeks ago.
Both strikers started every single game contested by the African champs in Cameroon.
