Official : Nigerian Striker Obafemi Joins The Blues
Published: December 31, 2016Nigerian striker Afolabi Obafemi has signed a contract with Wingate & Finchley, the Ryman League Premier Division club have announced via official channels.
Aged 22, he joins The Blues from Staines Town and previously had spells with Bedford Town, Welling United, Billericay Town and Hayes & Yeading United.
His other teams include Leyton Orient, Scarborough Athletic, AFC Sudbury, Bishop’s Stortford and Dagenham & Redbridge.
Obafemi spent his formative years as a footballer with the youth teams of Ryan, Watford and Leyton Orient.
He was born in Walthamstow, England.
