The exciting winger arrived in West Flanders on Thursday morning, before passing a routine medical examination.
Bala has appended his signature to a three-and-a-half-year contract with Essevee, which will keep him at the club until the end of the 2019-2020 season.
The 19-year-old is not expected to have problems adapting to life in Belgium, with Nigeria international Kingsley Madu also on the books of Zulte Waregem.
