Nigerian Wonderkid Tammy Abraham Sets New Record In England

Tammy Abraham set a new record in the English Championship when he netted the equalizer in Bristol City’s 2-2 draw with Sheffield Wednesday at Ashton Gate Stadium on Tuesday.
After tallying his 16th goal in the English second-tier, the Chelsea loanee became the youngest player in 20 years to score more than 15 goals in a single season, beating the record previously held by Moussa Dembele.
Celtic star Dembele smashed in 15 goals last season while defending the colours of Fulham.
Abraham scored a brace in games against Burton Albion, Sheffield Wednesday and Reading, and he found the net against nine other teams in the division.
For club and country, the 19-year-old has registered his name on the scoresheet 21 times in all competitions so far this season.
