Tottenham, Arsenal Target Osayi-Samuel Nominated For January GOTM Award
Published: February 08, 2017Nigerian-born winger Bright Osayi-Samuel is in the running for Blackpool’s Goal of the Month award for January 2017.
The 19-year-old’s curler inside the area against Barnsley has been nominated for the accolade along with three goals netted by right-back Kelvin Mellor.
In December, Osayi-Samuel claimed Blackpool’s Goal of the Month and Player of the Month awards.
Last month, he made appearances against Wycombe, Mansfield Town, Cambridge United, Yeovil Town, Barnsley and Blackburn Rovers.
Arsenal, Spurs, Everton and Aston Villa are monitoring the progress of the Nigerian ahead of the reopening of the transfer window.
