Official : Nigeria Target Brian Idowu Extends Amkar Perm Contract

Through their official website, Russian Premier League club Amkar Perm have announced they have extended their collaboration with Russian-born Nigerian defender Brian Idowu.
The new three-year contract signed by Idowu will keep him at Amkar Perm until June 30, 2020.
In his first words after putting pen to paper on the deal, Idowu told Amkar Perm’s official website : “I am grateful to Amkar for the proposal to extend the contract.
“I feel comfortable in Perm, I like the atmosphere in the team and the stadium, and to discuss a new contract details took quite a bit of time.
“I hope to be able to justify the trust placed in me ”.
Idowu, who is in contact with Super Eagles coach Rohr regarding a call-up to the national team, joined Amkar Perm from FC Zenit St. Petersburg in 2010.
